At Inicio Dance & Fitness our focus is to ensure we portray an approachable and friendly atmosphere, whilst helping every member gain their full potential in all aspects of life.
Within our company, all levels of ability and ages are welcome, we scale our content to adapt to our clientele.
Our name INICIO comes from the Latin meaning 'inspire' & 'new beginnings'.
Lauren Thompson
Owner/Founder
Lauren began dancing at the age of 3, training for over 15 years in many different genres of dance, gaining IDTA certificates .
Lauren has since gained teaching qualifications in Dance, Cheerleading and Acrobatic Arts gaining distinctions across the board.
In addition to her dancing, Lauren has a passion for fitness, leading her to gain her fitness instructor and personal training qualifications.

Our principle, works alongside local musical theatre societies choreographing their annual performances, which have gained many highly commended NODA reviews.
